Island Pkwy: Take exit Union
turnpike west. Make right at Winchester Blvd. Take a
right at the next light at the main gate of the Creedmoor
Hospital. Pass the guard shack, bear right and make right
at the first stop sign near the over bridge. Take another
right turn at the first block. Faith chapel is on your
right side.

| From Grand Central Pkwy East:
take exit 23 (Winchester Blvd). Make a right turn at 1st
stop. Then make a left turn at the nest light and follow
the above directions.

| From L.I. West and East: take Cross Island Pkwy South and follow above directions. |
